Until the academic year 1999-2000, the Faculty, where education activities were carried out only as the Department of Economics, was established with the decision of the University Senate dated June 2, 1998 and numbered 6/3, with the decision of the University Senate dated 21 September 1999 and numbered 22/3. It was decided to admit students and the Business Administration department started its education in 1999-2000 academic year.
The purpose of the Department of Business Administration is to provide students with the ability to apply their knowledge to real life, draw conclusions and develop new strategies, after giving them a good foundation in business, accounting, finance, marketing and statistics.
